If you want to be happy, remove the things in your life that make you unhappy.
See? Life is easy. So simple. Bunch of hippy nonsense.
Now take one thing and go through the mental exercise of how you could remove it from your life. If it’s contingent on something else then how would you remove that something else? Keep going until you have the basic root of the issue.
Perhaps you won’t be able to remove everything but maybe you can find one thing. And one thing that brings more happiness is a pretty good start.
