So a service I have a subscription to recently changed without notification and has become considerably more expensive. Basically they are charging for something that they previously hadn’t been. When I asked them about it they made it seem like that’s the way it’s always been. So I’ve called them out on it again.
I don’t mind if you change your business model but at least own up to it if you do. I’m purposely leaving the company name out of this post because I want to see how they address this before I make any direct negative comments about them but it is really frustrating and not a good way of conducting business.
